If you've commented on or messaged a Sonical.ly Instagram account or Facebook Page, we may hold your username, an ID assigned by Meta, the comments and messages you sent us, and whether you tapped links we sent.
To have it deleted, email elmo@sonical.ly with the subject "Delete my data" and include the Instagram username or Facebook name you used. We'll delete your contact record and conversation history within 30 days and confirm by email.
We also delete this data automatically 12 months after your last interaction with us.
Deleting this data doesn't remove messages from your Instagram or Facebook inbox; you can delete those in the app.
