During the confrontation, the person expressed confusion over Del Rey’s distress, to which she responded emphatically, “I am upset! Don’t let them follow me. I only have one day here. I work every single day. I have four hours to myself.” The person then told Del Rey not to “scream,” prompting her to retort, “Shut up!
