Last week, Louisville heartthrob Jack Harlow dropped a 13 second snippet of a new song he’d been working on that samples Fergie’s hit, “Glamorous” and it immediately went viral on TikTok within hours. The clip has amassed over 27 million views and over 3 million likes, with over 50 thousand videos having used the sound on TikTok.
Jack Harlow has just performed with rapper, Lil Nas X at the 2022 Grammys and over the past few years, has quickly risen to fame, charming the hearts of millions around the world. He started posting his music on Soundcloud and YouTube, and first broke through in the industry with his single, “Wus Poppin”, which was such a hit that he released a remix featuring Dababy, Tory Lanez, and Lil Wayne. He has since released other viral hits including “TYLER HERRO” and his collaboration with Lil Nas X, “INDUSTRY BABY”.
From the snippet, Harlow provides smooth adlibs to Fergie’s “Glamorous”, which is a simple yet effective take on the original hook, that sensually promises glitz and glamour to his significant other. The song comes out this Friday and we’re in high hopes to hear the rest of the track.
