After month’s of anticipation Japanese Girl group XGalX debute with new single “Tippy Toes”. The group consists of 7 young empowered women named Jurin, Harvey, Hinata, Chisa, Maya, Juria and Cocona.
“Tippy Toes” was written by: Rachael West, Jakops, Hwaji, Wutan, 220, and Sonical.ly Co-Founder Elmo. The song drops with music video of the girls in their element. The video consists of a moody colorgrade as the girls show their different talents with many dance choreography’s and high vocals. Each girl has her own individual style but they come together seemlessly and unveil a “darker side” of what a J-Pop girl group usually is in this first music video.
Like the song says “we’re on the rise, you ain’t seen nothing yet” they come into the industry strong and ready to take the world by storm.

XGalX is ready to set new trends and ideals of a girl group. Their musical objective is based around hip-hop and R&B with hopes of becoming international stars.
The name XGalx came to be a short version of “Xtraordinary Girls.” They aim to be different from other Japanese girl groups by being bold and creative in ways never seen. The individual group members showcase different skills and strive to be role models for young women everywhere.
In comparison to the typical J-Pop girl group like =LOVE the new group expresses themselves in a more authentic manner and are inspiring others to not be afraid to be different. With so many women empowering movements like “Me Too” XG wants to show young women that they can be strong and powerful without being submissive or simply something for men to look at.
