The lyrics, “Don’t wanna see her backstage at my boyfriend’s show, Fingers crossed behind my back, I hope they break up quick,” hint at tension, possibly referring to Taylor's past relationship with Matty Healy, the lead singer of The 1975, a band that includes Charli's fiancé, George Daniel.
